Dr Tan qualified as a doctor in the UK in 1996. She is a recognised GP specialist in the USA, the UK and Australia. She is passionate about providing high-quality medical care and keeping up with current best practices.
She is an examiner for the Royal Australian College of GPs and the University of Melbourne. At Laurimar she teaches medical students and trainee GPs.
Before moving to Melbourne in 2013, she was the clinical director of a medical centre in London and was extensively involved in postgraduate medical education and training.
In addition to the full scope of General Practice, she offers maternity shared care and IUD/Implanon fitting for contraception.
Outside of work she very much enjoys Yoga, tennis and spending time with the family.
