Aimee Sullivan – Dietician







Aimee is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and member of the Dietitians Association of Australia since ​

completing her studies at La Trobe University in 2016. ​

Growing up, Aimee realised that not only did she LOVE food, but she saw how it can influence performance ​

both physically and mentally. Aimee’s approach is to help people to develop a positive relationship with ​

food and to guide them into making healthy choices so that they can feel and function at their best. ​

Aimee’s clinical interests are in weight maintenance, heart health, gastrointestinal disorders, allergies and intolerances, and paediatrics.






We are delighted that Southern Cross Medical Imaging has been providing radiology services from Laurimar Specialist Centre since 2013.

When Laurimar Medical brought much-needed General Practice & Allied Health services to this area, we came with a vision of comprehensive services under one roof. The addition of SCMI has helped us realise this vision and will further enhance local healthcare.

Stephanie Chee-Noguera – Counselling Psychologist 

Masters in Psychology (Clinical) and Certificate IV in AOD.
Stephanie has experience in a range of settings and has worked in a variety of community organisations, including aged public mental health, primary school, and private practice offering psychological assessment and counselling services to individuals and groups. She has worked with children, adults, and elderly – but currently only provides services to adults
Areas of expertise: Depression, Anxiety disorders,Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Sleep issues, Addiction issues, Self-esteem issues, Anger management, Stress management, Pain management, Adjustment difficulties, Interpersonal and relationship issues, Grief and loss,Workplace stress and vocational issues, Communication issues e.g., assertiveness training

John Laidlaw – Counselling Psychologists

John Laidlaw is registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, and has worked as a registered psychologist since 1999. He has counselled either over the phone or in person for over 25 years in a range of settings including crisis lines, community agencies, a university and medical centers.

John has been described as a friendly, resourceful, professional and compassionate psychologist who genuinely cares about people
John is able to assist people presenting with issues such as anxiety, depression, work and relationship problems, loss and grief, stress, self-esteem, disability, trauma and chronic illness.

John’s clinical approach typically draws on a range of theoretical frameworks, namely, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Positive Psychology.

John is available for appointments at our Mernda Village Medical Centre Tuesday & Thursdays and at our Nillumbik Medical Centre Saturday mornings.

Speech Pathology

Our recommended speech pathologist, Kelly Brown and consults form Laurimar Medical Centre Saturdays on a fortnightly basis.
